The GZT and WZT series natural ventilation hyperbolic fiberglass cooling towers developed by our unit have a single tower processing capacity of 20-18000m3/h. It has the characteristics of good thermal performance, beautiful appearance, low energy consumption, good stability of the entire tower, novel structure, good anti-corrosion measures, low noise, fast construction, short construction period, easy maintenance, and low operating costs.
The successful development of GZT and WZT series cooling towers has opened up a good prospect for the industrial production of natural ventilation cooling towers and filled the domestic gap.
1、 Equipment features
(1) Save energy, this tower is naturally ventilated and does not require electricity. Taking the GZT-1000 model as an example, with a cooling water volume of 1000m3/h, compared to mechanical ventilation cooling towers, it can save 380000 kWh of electricity per year.
(2) The infrastructure cost is low, and compared with similar reinforced concrete hyperbolic cooling towers, it can save about 15% -20% of the infrastructure cost.
(3) The maintenance cost is low, and the tower has no fans, so there are no fan or motor maintenance issues. Compared with the mechanical ventilation cooling tower, the maintenance cost is low and the operation is reliable.
(4) Low noise, low wind speed when exiting the tower, no wind, only dripping noise from the motor, no mechanical noise.
